1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Mactech Computers website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Products and Services
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered are for your own use or intended as a gift. We accept payment through M-Pesa and other specified methods. All payments must be received before order processing begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect all packages upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Mactech Computers does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims should be directed to the respective manufacturer.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mactech Computers, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.
8. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mactech Computers and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
